Andres Bianchi is LATAM Cargo’s Chief Executive Officer. LATAM Cargo is LATAM Airlines Group’s cargo division. LATAM Airlines Group is Latin America’s leading airline group with combined revenues of US$9.5 billion for 2016. LATAM Cargo and its affiliates in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia accounted for approximately 12% of LATAM’s revenues, making cargo operations a distinctive element of the Company’s business model.
Mr. Bianchi has held his current position since April 2017. Between 2016 and 2017 he served as LATAM’s Cargo’s Senior Vice President Sales & Revenue Management for North America, Europe and Asia. In 2014 he was appointed LATAM Cargo’s Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing for North America and Asia. Between 2011 and 2014 Mr. Bianchi was LATAM Cargo’s Senior Vice President Network. Between 2010 and 2011, he was LAN Cargo’s (now LATAM Cargo) Vice President Finance. Prior to joining LAN Cargo he worked at McKinsey and Company between 2008 and 2010. Mr. Bianchi was LAN Airlines’ Head of Investor Relations between 2002 and 2006.
Mr. Bianchi has a degree in business administration from Universidad Catolica de Chile, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business.
